This is the extranet manual that explain how to work with extranet.

Extranet improvements: home page dashboard, overview group tours and inventory

Our home page dashboard has been renewed. Also the overview of group tours is renewed. You will now see more detailed information about the inventory and group tour status.

Extranet improvements: Group tours

We added some more details per groupdate and you are now able to download the roominglist and client detail document yourself.

Extranet improvements: Phone numbers booking page

When you open a booking you can see the phone number of the clients to contact clients directly if you need to.

Dietary wishes on roominglist

For a few tours we decided to ask the customers if they have any dietary wishes for the tour. The product manager will discuss this with you if this is necessary for one or more of your tours.

Extranet improvements: Hotellists Group tours

We made it possible for you to upload and edit the hotellist for grouptours. This means yo do not have to send the hotellist by email anymore, but you can upload the hotellist yourself in extranet.

Extranet improvements: Linking tourleaders Group tours

From now on, you can link your own tourleaders to each arrival date. Linking the correct tour leader to each departure is essential for monitoring performance and ensuring high-quality tour leading. Accurate and up-to-date information allows the Tour Leader Department to provide timely feedback and take early action, in collaboration with you, when needed. This process also helps identify top-performing tour leaders, who should be prioritized in future planning. Agencies are responsible for maintaining accurate profiles and informing NRV when assigning a new tour leader for the first time.

Extranet improvements: Flights group tours

You can now see the flight schedule of each group per arrival date in extranet. Additionally, you can see the number of flight seats we still have available per arrival date.
